Đường Về Nhà, Way Back Home (2014)

Jung Yeon (Jeon Do Yeon) and Jong Bae (Ko Soo) are the owners of a small car repair shop. Their lives, though not wealthy, are simple and happy with their little daughter Hye Rin (Kang Ji Woo). Despite not having much money, they work hard and feel content with their lives.

However, everything seemed to change when a friend of Jong Bae committed suicide, leaving behind a debt that Jong Bae had guaranteed. Caught in the high interest rates of the loan sharks, he had to sell everything to repay the debt and fell into poverty.

And poverty breeds desperation! When a friend of Bae Jon suggested smuggling precious stones to France and said that this job was only for women, Jung Yeon hid it from Bea Jong and took on the job, knowing that "if caught, she would only have to pay a fine." She silently boarded a plane to France.

But at the Paris airport, Jung Yeon was arrested for transporting a large quantity of drugs.

Lost and seemingly hopeless... Her painful struggle to find a way back home begins!
