Yoon Ah Yi, a high school student, has been supporting herself and her younger sister by working part-time jobs. She has no idea where her parents are. The debt collectors drove her father out of the house, and later her mother also disappeared. But even in the midst of financial difficulties, Yoon Ah Yi consistently ranks at the top of her class academically. She wants to become an adult as soon as possible, to have a home and a stable job. Her classmate, Na Il Deung, competes with Yoon Ah Yi for the highest rank, but they start developing feelings for each other.

One day, Yoon Ah Yi encounters a magician named Lee Eul at an abandoned amusement park. He performs magic tricks for those who believe in magic. He is a mysterious person who comforts Yoon Ah Yi, someone who tells him that she believes in magic.

Despite her challenging circumstances, Yoon Ah Yi strives to excel academically and dreams of a better future. Her unexpected encounter with the enigmatic magician, Lee Eul, brings a glimmer of hope and a belief in the power of magic.
